Each order is carefully packed and checked but mistakes do happen. If you received the wrong decals or your decals arrive damaged, let us know. We can resolve the problem by sending out replacements. Within 30 days if you are not happy with our product simply return the un-used product in it's original packaging for a full refund minus s&h. You can find our return address on the package the decals arrived in. Refunds will not awarded for decals that have been ruined during application. If you have received a decal that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately as we will need a picture of the decal and packaging and we may request the damaged decal to be returned before we can send a replacement. Custom Color products are non-refundable! Absolutely No-Refunds on custom color orders.
