If you received the wrong decals, your decals arrive damaged or something is missing, let us know. We can resolve the problem by sending out replacements. If your decals are defective or damaged upon arrival, please do not apply them. Please contact us right away so we can either suggest a way to fix them or have you return them in exchange for replacements.
To return or exchange an item -
1) Print and complete this form.
2) Return the un-used product in it's original packaging along with the form for a full refund*** minus s&h. For exchanges, please specify on included form. You can find our return address on the package the decals arrived in.
*Refunds or exchanges will not awarded for decals that have been ruined during application.
**Custom Color products are non-refundable! Absolutely no refunds on custom color orders.
